New Mask Mandate
You’ve probably heard by now that there is a new mask mandate going into effect by order of NY Governor Kathy Hochul. At Mimi’s Attic this means that effective Monday, December 13, 2021, all patrons past their second birthday and medically able to tolerate a face covering will be required to wear a mask at all times in the store regardless of vaccination status. The mask must cover both the nose and mouth.
We realize that this may be disappointing and frustrating. We have opted to implement this mask policy in lieu of requiring proof of vaccination to enter (the other option provided by the governor), as we recognize that medical privacy is important to many people. We are grateful for your cooperation in this matter.
